Compensation & Benefits
Year 1 on target earnings: $93,000 – $113,000, with potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Year 2 on target earnings: $125,000 – $144,000, with potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work).
3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job and ongoing companywide support.
Responsibilities
Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑driven with a desire to succeed in a performance‑based environment.
Experience or interest in digital marketing solutions is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed for in‑field work.
