About

Salesforce Developer The candidate will serve in the capacity of a Developer participating in various SDLC processes including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities per the direction of agency management. The specific focus of this candidate will be to be part of the team which supports existing custom Salesforce applications as well as to participate in the SDLC process of a new system and work with the System Integrator to ensure the transfer of knowledge and ongoing maintenance of the solution for a given module. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience and must know foundational OOP in Apex.
Specific Services Required:
Must be very organized, proactive and self-directed.
Must be self-starter and driven. Must drive the work from requirements to implementation.
Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
Design and development of Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visualforce pages.
Full stack Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, design patterns, configuration, SOQL.
Must have advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, design patterns).
Provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications.
Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
For this position, the candidate shares experience and judgment with the team to plan and accomplish goals, mentors less experienced staff, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
In addition, the position requires:
An experienced professional with 10 or more years of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills:
Salesforce (min: 5 years) – must be able to code APEX, OOP and know design patterns.
.NET OOP and SOA.
JavaScript frameworks preferred.
SQL.
End-to-End web development.
