We are seeking a full-time Social Media/Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Grand Haven, MI, this on-site role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience. You'll also ensure seamless client communication, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members. Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster positive client relationships Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication techniques Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage Knowledge with Photography and Creating Reels Experience with Canva and some Graphic Design
