About
Program Updates: Annual update of existing compliance programs and compilation of the master program document.
Hazard Communication: Oversee the management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and support secondary labeling needs.
OSHA Recordkeeping: Update OSHA 300 logs as necessary and prepare annual OSHA 300A documents.
Data Management: Upload safety programs, incident alerts, and all supporting compliance content to the Safety101 platform. Training Support & Documentation
Scheduling: Provide administrative support for the scheduling of training sessions.
Progress Tracking: Monitor team member progress on assigned training modules.
Recordkeeping: Document completed training and create/disseminate training certificates when required. Incident Management
Recordkeeping: Complete OSHA recordable components, including gathering team member information, medical documentation, and supporting statements.
System Resolution: Manage and resolve open incident logs within the Safety101 platform.
Internal Communications: Draft and prepare Incident Alerts for distribution. Insurance & Prequalification
Claim Reporting: Responsible for filing initial insurance claim reports to the carrier.
Client Prequalification: Complete third-party and client-required prequalification packages to support business operations.
Platform Partner (PP) Support & Administration
Hazard Documentation: Document and log observed hazards resulting from site visits into Safety101.
Platform Administration: Provide ongoing administrative support for the Safety101 platform. Leadership & Personal Growth
Professional Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth within the EHS field. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES
None REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education
Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience
2+ years of experience in an administrative, compliance, safety, human resources, risk management, or related support role.
Experience maintaining records, managing documentation, and coordinating compliance-related activities.
Experience working with databases, software platforms, or learning management systems (LMS).
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and safety-related communications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and document control capabilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience with Safety101 or similar safety platforms is highly preferred
Experience with OSHA recordkeeping requirements, including OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A logs.
Experience administering safety management systems, learning management systems, or compliance platforms such as Safety101.
Knowledge of Hazard Communication requirements and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management.
Experience supporting safety programs in construction, industrial, manufacturing, utility, or field service environments.
OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
