About
Key Responsibilities
Implement changes to Salesforce Objects/Fields based on customer feedback
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria .
Identify, document, and track defects and report to the team.
Ensure compliance with internal best practices .
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications .
Experience with manual testing approaches .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
At least one Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of one of the following: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
This position requires candidates to be located in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, commutable to Leesburg, VA.
Exact salary package is commensurate with experience, but ranges from $50,000 – $90,000.
