About
Maintain profitability model used to drive business growth and profitability improvements across the Company. Lead continued efforts to evolve and refine cost allocation model by partnering with both internal and external support teams. Leverage profitability model data and analytics to identify and implement profit opportunities. Salary
Up to $125k Essential Job Functions
Manage monthly model updates and maintenance, with a focus on continuous process improvement to deliver timely and accurate data. Identifies and leads implementation of cost assignment improvements to model. Develop analytics leveraging data from profitability model to identify profit opportunities in support of margin improvement initiatives. As Subject Matter Expert of the profitability model, provide support to other users of the tool in answering questions or troubleshooting issues. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required, in an analytical area such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance & Accounting, or Economics. Experience: 8 or more years of applicable experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Business Intelligence visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc. Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Statement of Cash Flows, Income Statements. Strong analytical skills, including experience with large, complex data sets. Experience identifying necessary data sources and ability to pull data from reporting servers for analysis. Demonstrated achievement in application of IT tools toward improving analytical decision-making. Comfort level in working in and presenting to various levels of the Company, including with senior leadership. Strong communication skills, especially verbal/written communication to senior management. Ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead. Demonstrated understanding of financial processes and systems. Strong ability and experience in performing multiple concurrent tasks. Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
Additional Requirements
