Responsibilities
Support the Business Development team in executing daily sales and account support activities.
Assist in gathering market information and customer insights to help identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and organize basic sales materials such as presentations, quotations, and proposal drafts.
Track and update RFQs, sales opportunities, and customer information within internal systems or trackers.
Assist in coordinating internal communication between sales, operations, and pricing teams.
Support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including meeting notes and action items.
Assist in reviewing basic commercial documents and ensuring required information is properly documented.
Help maintain and organize sales records, contracts, and operational documentation.
Provide general coordination support for ongoing customer projects and service requests.
Support senior team members during client visits, industry events, and other business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
1-3years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Minimum 10% of domestic business travel is required
Bilingual in English and Korean (required).
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
