About
Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process Working with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales teams to understand customer well construction or production objectives and commercial terms Performing offset job analysis and engineering modeling to identify application risks, hazards, and performance expectations Designing job programs including risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet customer objectives and maximize value Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical and operational constraints are addressed Providing on-demand technical support during job execution, including participation in on-call schedules Documenting calculations, simulations, and plan revisions for visibility and audit purposes Comparing planned vs. executed jobs, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement Supporting field incident investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions Ensuring timely incident management and customer issue resolution Advising on product improvement opportunities based on recurring issues or failures Supporting sales teams with technical recommendations and application expertise Participating in customer discussions on service delivery performance and KPI outcomes Supporting product line initiatives including cost reduction and performance improvement projects Handling special projects as required Qualifications
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Have a strong understanding of technical job planning and P&L considerations Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Display strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities Be able to work effectively in a global matrix organization Be willing to travel to field locations, customer facilities, and training sessions Work in a way that works for you (adapts to varied working styles and schedules) Benefits
