About
Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms within a specific geographic region.
Works with Design Build construction firms.
Maintains accurate files and records for Stonhard accounts, executing necessary paperwork and updating the Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities.
Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers, Project Engineers, Market Managers, and Business Development Managers regarding project recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting within his/her SFA project pipeline.
Gives group presentations to architects, interior designers, and engineers about Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services.
Meets or exceeds Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by sales management.
Contacts a minimum of 10–15 clients in-person per week.
Enters a minimum of 5 new projects per week into Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years’ industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills.
Self‑directed, flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Organize and prioritize activities.
Computer literacy and experience using Salesforce.com and Microsoft 365.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Regular use of hands for handling, feeling, talking or hearing.
Frequent standing, walking and reaching with hands and arms.
Vision abilities: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Ability to transport a sample case and literature to customers (~40 lbs).
Reliable transportation; driving may account for ~30 % of the day.
Must wear safety gear (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel‑toed boots, high‑visibility vest; ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, or specialized protective clothing as required).
Compensation Base Salary Range:
$85,000 – $95,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average):
approximately $15,000 – $40,000
Supplemental Pay Types:
Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses
