Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in North Miami Beach, FL. This role is responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, visiting clients at their locations, and presenting FASTSIGNS products and services to decision-makers. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, preparing estimates and proposals, following up on leads, and managing a personal sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. The Outside Sales Representative will collaborate with the design and production teams to develop tailored visual solutions, ensure accurate job specifications, and oversee projects from initial consultation through delivery. The role also involves maintaining regular contact with existing customers, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
Qualifications
Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with a focus on creating long-term client partnerships.
Proficiency in sales presentations and new business development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain visual solutions and value propositions clearly.
Proven ability to manage a sales territory, prioritize opportunities, and meet or exceed sales goals.
Comfort working in the field, conducting in-person client visits, and representing the company professionally on-site.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
Experience in signage, printing, advertising, or related B2B sales is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
