Job Description We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer with experience in network infrastructure and hands‑on experience managing firewalls, particularly Palo Alto firewalls. This position will be Full‑time and Hybrid from Bengaluru. What You’ll Do: Design, configure, and manage Palo Alto firewalls and related security policies Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and security Implement, manage, and maintain network infrastructure including routing, switching, and VPN solutions Perform firewall rule reviews, updates, and optimization to maintain compliance and security Collaborate with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure connectivity across environments Conduct regular network and firewall audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to team members What You’ll Need Required Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, etc.) Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (configuration, troubleshooting, security policies, Panorama) Good understanding of network security concepts, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and threat analysis Experience in managing enterprise‑level LAN, WAN, and VPN infrastructures Familiarity with firewall migration, upgrades, and policy optimization Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Palo Alto certifications (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE) highly desirable Experience with other Network/firewall/security platforms (Meraki, Fortinet, Check Point) is a plus Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre‑employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
