Summary As a Sales Supervisor you lead and develop the store team to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold visual and operational standards. You coach and collaborate with training and support teams to build a high-performing, professional sales floor while helping customers with fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom garments.
Responsibilities
Support management to lead and develop the store team and improve individual objectives
Collaborate with training teams to establish and maintain a gold-standard team
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
Execute professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics
Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
Work with store support departments and Human Resources on policies and development
Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
Requirements
Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
