My client is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-volume inbound sales and intake organization.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on sales leader with deep contact center experience to drive performance inside a sophisticated inbound client acquisition engine that generates a significant volume of qualified consumer leads every day.
The team you will support plays a critical role in converting inbound inquiries into new clients while delivering a high-touch and empathetic client experience.

What You Will Own: You will oversee performance across a 50+ person intake sales organization with a focus on improving conversion rates, sales effectiveness, and overall client experience.
Key areas of focus include:
Improving conversion rates for inbound leads
Coaching agents to strengthen objection handling and closing skills
Reviewing calls and identifying performance opportunities
Implementing new sales frameworks and messaging strategies
Leading a Recovery Team focused on re-engaging previously qualified leads
Partnering with marketing, training, and operations to improve the entire client acquisition funnel
This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution matter equally.
What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of contact center or B2C sales experience
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven success improving conversion rates in inbound sales environments
Experience leading large teams of 50+ agents
Strong call analysis, coaching, and sales process optimization skills
Experience with modern CRM and call center technologies (Salesforce, Five9, Twilio, HubSpot, etc.)
