About
Duties
Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach.
Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand customer base.
Conduct service demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs.
Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and follow‑up activities.
Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing or management.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Strong analytical skills to interpret conversations and understand which path to take them down.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus but not required.
