Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on sourcing and hiring Financial Advisors Build relationships in the community to generate referrals and develop centers of influence Actively source candidates through outreach, networking, and events rather than relying on job postings Manage the interview and selection process from initial outreach through offer and onboarding Track recruiting activity, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruiting plans aligned with office growth targets Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field is helpful but not required Ability to source candidates proactively through networking, outreach, and relationship building Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others Outgoing, professional, and highly driven with a natural ability to connect with people This role is in office.
