About

To support quality assurance efforts in the insurance industry, the full-time Sales Quality Audit Representative will conduct audits, provide feedback to reduce compliance risk, and ensure proper resource usage by agents while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce compliance risk Demonstrate understanding of applicable Quality guidelines and adhere to established processes Ensure appropriate usage of available resources by agents to respond to callers Required qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality audits or quality assurance reviews Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service call auditing or call quality monitoring Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in a fast-paced office environment
