Lead and facilitate our immersive 3‑week New Hire Sales Training program Coach and develop new and existing sales team members through roleplays, in‑field observations, and one‑on‑one feedback sessions Become a subject matter expert in our products, systems, customer experience standards, and proven sales methodology Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement Partner with sales leadership to identify development opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field Deliver both in‑person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism Measure training effectiveness through reporting, performance metrics, and feedback analysis Help innovate and evolve training programs to support company growth and scalability Manage classroom logistics including schedules, materials, rosters, communication, and training coordination Inspire others to embrace learning, coaching, and personal development What Makes Someone Successful In This Role

5+ years of experience in B2C direct sales, outside sales, or related field with proven performance results 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, or facilitation Experience leading engaging training sessions in both virtual and in‑person settings Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a track record of improving performance Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales/training technology tools Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits
Compensation: Salary of $75,000 plus the potential for a monthly incentive. Sales Trainer will receive an annual base salary and a monthly bonus.
