Overview Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Visual Content Specialist to create high‑quality photography and video that brings our brand, projects, and people to life. The role is hybrid, requiring in‑office work at least two days per week. Remote candidates will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Capture photography and video at project sites, offices, events, and other locations to support marketing, recruiting, and communications.
Plan and execute site photography and videography, including drone‑based visual content when appropriate.
Produce office lifestyle content showcasing staff and culture.
Conduct and film video interviews with staff at all levels.
Edit video content, including color correction, audio cleanup, motion graphics, and formatting for multiple channels.
Manage, organize, and maintain visual brand assets.
Partner with marketing, communications, recruiting, and technical teams to translate content needs into storytelling.
Coordinate production logistics (shot lists, interview schedules, equipment, location planning, travel).
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards, accessibility, and audience needs.
Follow company and client health and safety protocols on active project sites.
Demonstrate the company’s safety behaviors.
Skills & Experience Minimum requirements
4+ years of professional photography and videography experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Experience capturing professional video interviews.
Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, sound, composition, and workflows.
FAA Part 107 drone certification or willingness to obtain.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites and office locations.
Preferred skills
Experience creating visual content for architecture, engineering, construction, or environmental consulting.
Experience with Descript or similar lightweight editing tools.
Experience with alternative audio editing tools.
Experience with Adobe Media Encoder or equivalent.
Experience developing content for social media, recruiting, websites, events, and thought leadership.
Familiarity with digital asset management.
Salary $40.00 – $50.00 per hour, based in Burlington, MA.
