About
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support client accounts, sales teams, and internal operations. This role is highly administrative and requires strong communication, organization, and accuracy while managing multiple client requests, orders, and records in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Tempe, AZ 85384
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00/hr
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to sales teams and client accounts
Communicate regularly with clients, sales staff, and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update accurate client records in CRM and/or Microsoft-based systems
Draft professional correspondence and respond to client inquiries
Manage multiple orders, tasks, and client issues simultaneously
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation
Top Requirements / Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in customer service, account management, or sales support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and/or CRM systems
Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing professionalism
