Job Function Drive high‑level pipeline architecture while staying hands‑on with a close‑knit platform infrastructure crew. Work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and lead a specialized DevOps team.
Full compensation includes a $165,000 annual base salary and a full corporate benefits package.
Eligibility: United States citizens or Green Card holders only; sponsorship and corporate relocation assistance are not available.
What You Will Be Doing
Act as a working team lead, jumping into the codebase, managing complex automated build architectures, and troubleshooting low‑level systems.
Direct daily stand‑ups, provide technical coaching, and use clear career‑mapping tools to develop your DevOps team.
Design and refine robust, next‑generation automation strategies for global software delivery and Infrastructure as Code scripts.
Analyze real‑time build performance metrics and automated testing logs to eliminate infrastructure bottlenecks and improve compiler efficiency.
Serve as the liaison between embedded software divisions, quality assurance, and executive leadership to maintain a highly reliable production stack.
What We Are Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, or SRE with a solid technical foundation.
Absolute proficiency with complex embedded build ecosystems and strong scripting capabilities.
A deep, applied understanding of modern CI/CD pipeline infrastructure and container deployment mechanics.
A strong desire to lead from the front, focusing on peer code reviews, active technical mentorship, and project delegation.
A stable, progressive work history that demonstrates long‑term commitment and reliable growth with past employers.
Residence within a 45‑minute driving radius of the Milwaukee, WI area.
