Use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers, set clear expectations, and provide tailored solutions for every project, whether DIYers or professionals. Advocate for customers by highlighting current promotions, financing options, and advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well‑stocked, creating a welcoming and safe shopping environment. Follow up on project statuses, address questions, and guide customers every step of the way.
