About
Auto Club Enterprises is hiring Sales Agents with the potential to earn $100K+ annually. The role includes paid training, a competitive hourly rate, and uncapped commissions. Responsibilities
Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention. Build a profitable business by driving sales. Qualifications
Sales experience highly preferred. Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses. Computer proficiency and strong organization skills. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire. Compensation
Hourly rate of $24.04. After training, full‑time agents meeting sales goals earn $90,300–$110,400 annually. Commission opportunities are uncapped. Benefits
