What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct site assessments and design security systems for new office builds and installations
Collaborate with sales and customers to create tailored security solutions
Serve as a product line expert while interfacing with various internal teams
Ensure effective installation and maintenance of designed security systems through field experience
Work under the direction of the regional President to meet project goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security systems administration, installation, design, vendor management, or project management
Proficiency in designing access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems
Experience in installing, managing, programming, and troubleshooting physical security system components
Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Passion for physical security technology, including access control and video/CCTV systems
Experience reading and responding to Security Bid Specifications and Construction drawings
Project Management experience specific to the security industry
Practical understanding and comfort working in IP Network environments
