About
We are seeking an Attorney Associate to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in Real Estate related transactions and advise clients on legal transactions. Responsibilities: Conduct residential real estate closings at borrowers' home and other public locations Prepare and draft commercial and residential title examinations Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Qualifications: Previous experience in law Familiarity with real estate related legal documents Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a Massachusetts Notary Public Company Description Mid-sized law firm representing local and national lenders, as well as National Title Insures and private clients.
