About

Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following
Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN deployment, PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services.
Monitor, identify, and remediate issues with Agency enterprise network and identity services.
Support network connectivity and authentication services on Windows-based systems.
Support connectivity and secure access on mobile devices (i.e., Apple devices).
Manage the network and identity infrastructure lifecycle at all stages.
Create and maintain network documentation (e.g., diagrams, coverage, and design documentation).
Assist with deployment, configuration, and support of SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication solutions.
Perform enterprise network deployments, installations, and upgrades.
Requires comfort working on a ladder; ability to lift 40 lb.
Perform firmware, software, security, feature upgrades across network and identity platforms.
Monitor Agency trouble ticket system and complete assigned network, authentication, and connectivity tickets.
Will serve as the Agency's primary support resource for network and access-related (authentication) technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving most common/routine problems.
Assists Agency staff/contractors in resolving network, authentication, and connectivity-related problems.
Coordinate and assist with testing and validation of network and identity solutions.
Adhere to State and Agency security and IT policies and standards.
Work closely with key stakeholder groups, including Network, Security, and Server Hosting to ensure the appropriate level of engagement and focus is maintained.
Assists various IT groups with other tasks as assigned such as with system/network installations and upgrades (i.e., racking equipment).
Create, maintain, and review/improve upon network and identity documentation.
Ability to plan, organize, review, and implement associated project milestones to complete.
Provides updates to Project Team.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANC
3+ Years of Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration.
3+ Years of Experience with Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
3+ Years of Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
3+ Years of Experience with Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices.
3+ Years of Experience with creating, reading, and maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associates Degree in a relevant field of work or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: NONE
