About
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join one of our delivery units. The role requires full responsibility for managing campaigns, verifying setups, HubSpot reporting, and daily outreach, while focusing on calls, reply handling, and securing booked appointments. Things You'll Be Doing
Cold Calling Run outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (Nooks) across 3‑6 client projects simultaneously. Handle objections live on the call and steer each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just following a script. Track connect rate and call‑to‑meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to the Account Strategist before they become patterns. Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn Own every reply from automated email (Reply.io/Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns, not merely monitor. Respond within 4–8 working hours and nurture prospects until they are ready to book. Handle objections in writing, push for next steps, and convert replies into confirmed meetings. Schedule appointments and share meeting details via Slack. Campaign Oversight & Reporting Monitor key metrics across every project—connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate—ensuring ownership of numbers. Feed structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS teams to improve lead quality and messaging. Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene and share a weekly recap useful for the Account Strategist. What You Bring
2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold‑calling background. Confident, error‑free written English for handling email and LinkedIn replies. Fluent spoken English, comfortable working across US and European time zones. Strong understanding of outreach tools and CRM/automation platforms; can support campaign setup, identify issues, and resolve technical blockers. Ability to run multiple client projects in parallel without compromising quality or pace. Self‑starting attitude: no fixed hours, you must make it happen. Benefits
Competitive pay that matches expertise. Remote‑first flexibility with fully remote work and flexible hours. Professional growth through feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, knowledge sharing, internal wiki, and business book library. Well‑being focus: mental health lectures and support. 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, unlimited days off for unexpected needs. Global sync with US holidays. Memorable team experiences: online team‑building events and all‑hands gatherings.
