Define levels, requirements, and maintenance criteria (training, assessments, quality metrics)
Partner with Solution Architecture to codify technical standards, reference architectures, and best practices
Ensure competencies are measurable, auditable, and scalable

Design human‑in‑the‑loop patterns, escalation paths, and observability (quality, cost, latency)
Partner with Engineering and Product to ship secure, reliable agent capabilities (APIs, permissions, data access)
What you bring
Proven experience building and leading a solutions engineering (or equivalent) function, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Strong executive stakeholder management skills (internal and external), with a track record of driving outcomes through influence
Excellent cross‑functional leadership and operational rigor: you can turn ambiguous goals into repeatable processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical detail into executive‑level narratives
Hands‑on experience designing, building, and shipping AI agent workflows (or adjacent automation/orchestration systems), with a pragmatic approach to safety, evaluation, and iteration
Domain experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or adjacent industries
