About
The Executive Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing “White Glove” technical support to Executive (C‑Suite) staff and their Executive Assistants. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency and exceptional interpersonal skills to diagnose and resolve issues across a Windows/MacOS-based environment, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and video conferencing systems. Responsibilities
Provide desk‑side and remote support to executives and their support staff during regular business hours and occasionally after‑hours. React promptly to nighttime or weekend video‑conference support requests. Manage multiple support tickets simultaneously, working independently or as a team member. Perform hardware and software installations, replacements, upgrades and other related tasks. Own executive support issues end‑to‑end, ensuring full resolution or proper escalation. Demonstrate hands‑on troubleshooting under intense or time‑constrained circumstances. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in “White Glove” / C‑Suite executive support. 5+ years of experience with business communication platforms (messaging, video conferencing, telephony, etc.). 5+ years of experience with desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones and printers. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Skype, etc.). 3+ years of experience in a large or mid‑size financial institution (preferred). Expert knowledge of MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems. Strong computing, analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone. High level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. A+ Certification (preferred). Microsoft Certified Professional – MCP (a plus). ITIL Foundations Certified (a plus).
