About
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, presenting our roofing & construction services to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the installation team.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the roofing or construction industry
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
