About
Drives truck over established route to deliver products by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Drive truck to deliver beverage product to customer's place of business on highway, rural, and city street conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Work without direct supervision to deliver product on established route.
Effectively communicate issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
Record sales, buy back, delivery and variance information on daily sales or delivery record.
Operate computerized inventory and invoicing system.
Operate hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
Collect or pick up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
Conduct and/or supervise truck loading and unloading and secure loads.
Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
Perform daily inspection and routine fluid, air, and oil maintenance on truck, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Construct or assemble display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Wear company provided uniform and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and standards and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
