Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries
Present and position a range of packaging and automation solutions tailored to customer needs
Manage and grow a defined sales territory with a focus on consistent performance
Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven, measurable success with at least 5 years of sales experience in a related field
Strong local market knowledge and established business relationships preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory
Process-driven sales approach with the ability to articulate your methodology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applicationsSelf-motivated and able to operate independently
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
Strong desire to earn above-average income in a performance-driven environment
