IT Manager - Reporting and Analytics

The SAP S/4HANA Reporting and Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the migration of SAP reporting capability from the current BW system to Datasphere/SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. The manager will oversee a team that develops the strategy, design and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms. Candidates should have experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration and a strong working knowledge of SAP data models. The role requires coordination with the data lake team to orchestrate data ingestion from SAP into AWS S3. This position reports to the SAP Modernization IT Director.

Job Specific Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Sciences preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of work experience in technology solution engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task effectively with strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, and attention to details.
