Center Support Specialist

The Center Support Specialist works in collaboration with the Managing Director to provide daily oversight for all programs within the Family Center. This includes assisting with all aspects of compliance and program regulation, accreditation, licensing, staffing and professional development, curriculum, quality control, budgeting, parent and public relations.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or closely related field, and a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in an accredited child care program required. Master's degree with 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of, and experience with, child care licensing, accreditation, and Early Head Start also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: Annual Salary $50,000 pro-rated based on hire date. 12-Month (year-round) position
