What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for your region, partnering with employers, governing bodies, and key stakeholders (including unions and associations)
  • Act as the trusted liaison between customers, MERS teams, and external partners
  • Deliver consultative guidance on MERS products and services
  • Lead presentations to boards, committees, and workgroups
  • Drive growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding customer relationships
  • Execute regional strategies while operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Champion education and engagement to enhance customer understanding and value

Travel Required: Yes. Communities from Iosco County through the Thumb and down to Macomb County.

Education: Preferred Bachelors or better.

Experience: Required Minimum 5 years of related experience in marketing program implementation and account management. Will consider experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree. Must be free and clear of any convictions under the Office of Inspector General Exclusions List. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently with high autonomy in a field-based role Strong presentation and communication skills Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
