As a key leader in our community, you will help create a restaurant-style dining experience that residents look forward to every day.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality

Ensure the dining room is welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality

Create a positive and engaging environment for residents and team members

Collaborate with the Dining Director and leadership team to enhance the overall dining experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality

Passion for delivering excellent service

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or hotel dining preferred
