We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our Gas Programs team. This is a
hybrid role
based in
Cedar Rapids, IA or the Chicago metro area , with a mix of in‑office work and remote flexibility, and regular site visits as part of project execution. Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced engineers, gaining hands‑on experience and technical mentorship in underground utility and roadway design. Ensure designs meet project requirements while managing scope, schedule, and quality expectations. What We Offer

Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution. Valid driver’s license without restrictions for occasional project and client visits. Preferred Qualifications
DOT, municipal, roadway, transportation, and/or utility experience. Experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, or ArcGIS software.
