We are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a strong listener, and highly driven to meet and exceed sales targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by connecting with customers and solving their needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Present and demonstrate product features, including the company’s eCommerce platform
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Research, qualify, and develop new leads
Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance targets
REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability in cold calling and phone-based sales
Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset (“hunter” mentality)
