About Us Paramount Streaming is a division of Paramount that encompasses free, paid, and premium streaming services including Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
Division Overview We are the Global Content and Lifecycle Analytics team, part of the Paramount Streaming, Data & Insights Group (DIG) team. DIG connects the Paramount Streaming verticals by building scalable data infrastructure, analyzing data, and shaping insights to support decision-making. The User Lifecycle Analytics team works closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Finance, Data Science and DTC Executives to drive subscriber growth and retention.
Role Details The Senior Analyst will report to the VP of User Lifecycle Analytics and support a wide range of initiatives in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing teams, DTC executives and Finance. The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Your Day-to-Day
Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights that inform content strategy, product experience, and growth initiatives
Design and operationalize frameworks and models that link user activity (content consumption, platform usage) to downstream subscriber lifecycle outcomes
Identify churn improvement opportunities and risk areas through proactive analysis
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Deliver fast, ad‑hoc analyses to address evolving business needs and priorities
Partner with Research to integrate qualitative knowledge with quantitative models and metrics
Partner closely with Data Engineering to design scalable pipelines, data models, and dashboards
Integrate AI‑driven tools and automation into daily workflows to enhance efficiency, scale reporting, and unlock deeper performance insights
Basic Qualifications
3‑5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
Proficiency building dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau
Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis
Experience translating complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to cross‑functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad‑hoc requests in a dynamic environment
Strong solution‑oriented and critical thinking mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Robust mathematics and statistics background
Experience working with predictive models
Hiring Salary Range $99,000.00 – $147,000.00 (based on location and experience). This range applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington, and most other geographies.
