Lead and manage IT projects from start to finish Work with different teams to plan and complete project work Set timelines, track progress, and adjust plans as needed Make sure projects stay aligned with business goals and priorities Identify risks and create plans to reduce or avoid them Support release planning and ensure updates are tracked in tools like Jira Lead meetings, provide status updates, and keep all teams informed Help solve business and technical problems by working with the right teams Guide and support junior team members Build strong relationships and keep communication clear across teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related experience 5+ years of experience in project or program management Experience working on IT or Information Protection projects preferred Agile certification preferred (Kanban is a plus) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working with different teams and building relationships Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Remote Work Requirement
