The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email Generate new sales leads and support business development initiatives Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Collaborate with outside sales and other departments to meet client needs Qualifications
Must have knowledge of building supplies 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus and Excel Why Join MGF Group
