ServiceMaster Restore by ELE is independently owned and operated, proudly serving homeowners, businesses and property professionals throughout Anne Arundel County and surrounding communities.
Overview We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the local market. You will serve as the face of ServiceMaster Restore by ELE in the community by connecting with insurance agents and adjusters, property managers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofing contractors, realtors, facility managers, commercial property owners and local businesses.
Your goal is to create long‑term referral relationships that help homeowners and businesses receive fast, professional restoration services when they need them most.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities
Develop referral partnerships
Conduct in‑person sales visits
Attend networking and community events
Build and maintain professional relationships
Track leads and sales activity
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Help grow the ServiceMaster Restore by ELE brand throughout the community
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to work independently
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation
Sales experience is preferred but not required
Networking or relationship‑building experience is a plus
We can teach restoration. We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
Compensation Weekly Draw + Uncapped Commission
$500 weekly draw during your first 60 days

Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
1-2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred
6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills
Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process

Incumbent Must Be Prepared To
Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
Sit for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones etc.
Fingering and repetitive motions such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information.
Close visual acuity to perform detail‑oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Be exposed to various inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
