Design Consultant at the RH Gallery providing luxury service to walk-in clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to conceptualize and sell spaces. Owns the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while educating clients on RH design services and growing a strong client base. Drives sales and achieves fiscal goals through product expertise, relationship building, and elevated service. Responsibilities
Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved Collaborate with RH Interior Design and support visual and quality standards within the Gallery Requirements
Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred Education in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred Strong relationship skills, organization, communication, and strategic agility Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications Ability to lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver the gallery, and travel locally; valid driver license preferred
