Target Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $85,000.00. Actual starting pay will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5% and Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%. Bonus may be awarded semi‑annually based on performance goals and targets. Responsibilities
Help the Credit department with data and automation solutions. Perform data mining and deliver business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau or Excel. Analyze business functions and processes, document findings, and recommend operational improvements. Explore systems‑based solutions for internal customers, balancing efficiency, regulatory guidelines, and customer experience. Perform other projects, support, and duties as assigned by management. Mentor junior staff. Benefits
