New Hire Bonus Ramp Up Structure A simple $400 payout.
Who is this for? All new hires for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).
How is this paid? Pay is structured at $19 to $23 per hour with additional bonuses and spiffs.
Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of the company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as the first line of contact for customers each day.

Required Qualifications
Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
At least 18 years of age.
A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
