About
The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for providing cutting‑edge user interface and user experience design solutions for websites, web and mobile applications, and interfaces on physical equipment and devices. Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and create designs from conception to completion, ensuring consistency with brand. Create and manage visual elements for desktop and mobile software applications. Produce wireframes, prototypes, and support user testing. Lead creative direction across digital products, ensuring brand consistency and cohesive UX. Maintain the company’s digital design system and generate innovative design strategies with UX best practices. Execute creative decisions based on expertise in UI/UX design, web design, and product interfaces; obtain approvals from leadership or Product Managers. Perform ongoing design and development tasks, including template building and design iterations. Stay informed on product changes with Product Managers to keep deliverables accurate. Collaborate with Creative Services and Product Management for high‑level strategic campaign direction for digital product launches. Qualifications
Expertise in UI/UX design principles, trends, and emerging technologies. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Self‑directed learner who quickly adapts to new programs and applications. Strong understanding of design systems and how to build, document, and maintain them. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front‑end frameworks like React, with a solid grasp of web and mobile app development processes. Strong visual design, typography, and aesthetic sense. Ability to work effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, integrating conceptual design ideas. Ability to develop creative concepts based on established criteria and product strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile applications, and physical product interfaces. Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects, highlighting UI/UX capabilities, creativity, and attention to detail. Experience using AI tools to accelerate design and front‑end prototyping (e.g., Claude, Vibe, MCP integrations). A-dec is an equal‑opportunity employer.
