Growing Manufacturing firm seeks a Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Design Engineer, you will work full-time on-site in Sheboygan, Wisconsin contributing to the development and implementation of innovative design solutions. This position offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 to $130,000 per year, providing you with the opportunity to grow and excel in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new products Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing processes Conduct research to identify new materials and technologies for product improvement Perform testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
