Positively contributes to assist Store Manager to meet or exceed goals in customer service, sales, shrink, inventory, and more. Salary Ranges: $25,000 to $30,000 Key Responsibilities
Store Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure the store's appearance meets company standards by keeping all areas clean, including restrooms, shelves, coolers, and floors. Customer Interaction & Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a

attitude, assisting shoppers and providing a positive experience. Sales & Merchandising: Follow guidance from store leadership to optimize sales, implement merchandising programs, and provide valuable feedback to enhance store performance. Operational Duties: Handle essential daily tasks such as stocking shelves, brewing coffee, managing registers, taking out trash, and maintaining inventory control. Compliance & Security: Adhere to company policies, governmental regulations, and security protocols to safeguard store assets, including cash and inventory. Benefits
