About
Responsibilities
Support sales representatives with quotes, pricing, and product configurations
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide customers with product, pricing, and order status information
Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams
Review purchase orders and verify terms and conditions
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
Associate degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years of related experience
3–5 years of experience supporting a field sales organization
Experience in medical device, biotech, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
SAP experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
