About
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located at the Marin Country Mart in Larkspur, CA. Weekend availability is required.
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Additional responsibilities include coaching and training team members, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive retail environment to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess sales trends, performance metrics, and inventory management.
Team management experience, including the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a retail sales team.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Proven experience in training and developing team members to enhance performance and maintain company standards.
Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing retail environment.
Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
