About

Primary Purpose To maintain customer service as per company standards, generate sales, handle housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, process freight, and perform loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.
Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers locate products.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Maintain constant radio communication with all associates.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Help in other departments when needed.
Perform daily cleaning duties such as vacuuming, replacing full trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
Perform other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and shift priorities accordingly.
Familiarity with operating a computer system and email.
Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
Strong attention to detail.
